Are you insured?

Yes. We a are insured with a 500,000 general liability insurance and are licensed. Proof of insurance is available if requested.

Do I have to be home at the time of lawn care?

You do not have to be home as we service your lawn. Your lawn is in professional hands. We close your back gate before leaving and take all grass clippings and small debris away with us. We take care of your lawn as you go on with your normal day and leave your lawn in a professional neat condition. You will come home happy to see your yard!

What if I have a locked gate?

Locked gates are no problem. We can make a copy of your gate key and lock up before leaving. The same goes for gates with combinations, we will keep your keys and combinations secure and make sure the gate is locked again before leaving.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We try our best to mow on the same day every week but contact you beforehand if mother nature doesn‘t agree with our schedule for your mowing day. If it rains for only 1 day, we normally reschedule for the following day. If it is still too wet to make your yard meet our standards we will contact you to reschedule. If it rains multiple days , we reschedule to the following week and will communicate this to you promptly.

Is a contract required?

No contract is required for our lawn service however we do offer a pre pay discount for those who sign up for yearly service. Our individual pricing allows you to only pay for the service(s) you choose.

We accept cash, check and credit cards.

What if I have pets?

We ask for you to clean up after your pets before our team arrives and to keep your pets inside as our team works to ensure your yard can be focused on with no distraction. Gates will be closed after our work is completed to make sure your beloved pet(s) will not get out after we leave.
